How did you come to know Christ?
Returning home from my first week of overnight camp at eight years old it was clear that God had been working in my heart. I shared my desire to live for God with my mom and she helped me understand what it meant to know Jesus and the gift of life he offers through the cross and empty tomb. At our old kitchen table I began a relationship with Jesus.

Favorite Verse:
Each season brings something new, right now I would say:
1 Thessalonians 2:8
We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, which three books (besides the Bible) would you want with you?
Fishing for Dummies, Boat Building for Dummies, Idiots Guide to Fending Off Ferocious Island Creatures.
More seriously… something new from Andy Stanley, Erwin McManus, Francis Chan, or John Piper.

Which Biblical character (apart from Christ) has impacted your life most?
David: He experienced and wrote so much about God’s greatness. He also penned many honest psalms about his own weakness and need for forgiveness. Ultimately he is remembered as a man after God’s own heart.
