How did you come to know Christ?
Raised in a minister’s home, had an earnest faith as a child, but became personally committed to Christ in my teen years. I’m grateful for an upbringing that modeled the love of Christ and the priority of making a difference in the lives of others around me.

Favorite Verse:
Jeremiah 9:23-24
This is what the Lord says: “Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom, or the strong man boast of his strength, or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast in this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on the earth, for in these I delight,” declares the Lord”

If you were stranded on a deserted island, which three books (besides the Bible) would you want with you?
Desiring God (John Piper, for inspiration), The Cross of Christ (John Stott, for understanding), Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (Douglas Adams, just for fun)

Which Biblical character (apart from Christ) has impacted your life most?
Daniel: Dreamer, man of prayer, risk-taker, devoted to godliness, leader, influencer

What are you currently learning in your journey with God?
Trusting God for what I can’t and shouldn’t control, being faithful to what He places in front of me to do.

What is your favorite movie?
Braveheart (of course), Matchstick Men (close second)

What is your favorite dessert?
White cake, real whipped cream, sliced banana filling & a cold glass of milk

What do you enjoy most about Chapel of the Cross?
The people! It’s an awesome privilege to minister to a growing, energetic, caring congregation. I love the variety of ages, gifts, personalities and passion. We are stronger in Christ together.
