Your child’s safety is important to us!
Volunteers
At Chapel of the Cross, we screen, train, and check criminal records (CORI) of all volunteers in the Children’s Ministries to ensure that our children are well cared for. We strive to have at least two qualified volunteers to staff each area and require visual access to all rooms where kids and volunteers interact.
Parental Supervision
For the safety of our children, children are not allowed to roam freely. They must stay with their parents once they are dismissed from their classes.

We request that no child or staff person with any symptoms of an infectious illness take part in our programs. We ask you to please keep your child at home if he/she has such symptoms as, but not limited to:
• fever
• cough
• diarrhea
• skin eruption
• bloody sores
• mouth sores
• green nose mucus
• obvious malaise
We thank you for your help in keeping our children's areas a safe and healthy place.
