At Chapel, we believe that Small Groups are a vital part of our church ministry. One of the most powerful ways to grow is in a small group setting. God never meant for us to be alone. He created us for relationships, with him and with others. Small Groups are a place where people can meet and connect with others in a meaningful, real way.
They are also places where we can foster a deeper relationship with God through the study of God’s Word and learn from each other. Small Groups are a great place where we can do life together in a way we cannot do on a Sunday Morning.
What is a small group?
A small group is a group of 7 to 14 people that meet regularly in homes or at Chapel for friendship, Bible Study, and prayer.
When and where do they meet?
Most small groups meet in homes throughout the Metro-West area. We do have some that meet at Chapel. There are small groups that take place almost every night of the week except Saturday night. Most are at night but there are some in the mornings as well.
How long do they last and what is the time commitment?
Small Groups usually last for a season (October-December or January-May). Typically, a meeting time lasts between 1½ to 2 hours. Some groups meet weekly and others meet twice a month.
Does each group have childcare?
The small groups are for adults. However, some groups do share babysitting expenses. This is a decision for each small group to make on their own where children are involved.
How can I sign-up for a small group?
First, there is a brochure listing all small groups that are participating at this time. Second, contact Pastor David Pranga at
and he will help you select the group that is best for you. Please, do not just show up at a small group without contacting a small group leader first.
